Well, here's our top 3 personal tips to become stronger mentally when working out!
1. Focus
-While doing an exercise, you need to focus on the movement. To focus, be aware of how the exercise is growing the muscle. The mechanism of the workout. Connect muscle with mind.
2. Challenge yourself.
-When we say "10 seconds left", we want you to challenge yourself for that one last push. Remember that last rep is going to build yourself stronger.
3. Positive pep talks
-Always counter back that negative mindset. When you feel like you can't do it anymore, say this to yourself, "Keep going keep going. I have to do this for me".
Everyone has different ways to train mindset. Do it at your own ways. For stronger mindset, it's just the same like building muscle. You have to train your mind.
