The Academy now has over 150 players, aged 18 to 23 from all ethnic backgrounds. To date, 11 players have progressed to a professional football career after leaving Cyberlynx Football Academy; alongside players representing their Employees Teams at Various Level. The Academy accepts players of all abilities with age groups of 18 till 23 years old. The Academy plays fixtures in Competitions, inclu
ding IPT level tournaments, M4 League under MFL & Varsity Cups. Alongside these competitions players will play in a competitive game in Klang Valley. Weekday mornings the Student Athletes attend regular MQA endorsed academic classes with the rest of the students from Cyberlynx International College. Students are issued with individual timetables after an interview with the Vice-Principal (Academic) during which their specific academic needs are identified. Weekday afternoons at the Cyberlynx Football Academy led by Head Coach Hasmawi Hassan , we deliver a Long Term overall Player Development Model which looks to develop players technically, tactically, physically and psychologically. This is delivered through daily sessions on the training pitch alongside classroom and analysis workshops with additional gym work while incorporated into their individual development programmes. Weekends and evenings are devoted to academic revision sessions, football matches, social activities and excursions. Regular games take place.
