✨Right hand, left hand… and BOTH hands!✨

At four years old, every little movement is part of a much bigger learning journey.

Before we begin the dance routine, our little dancers learn to recognise right, left and both sides of the body then put that understanding into movement.

Through simple, playful exercises, they are developing:

🩰 Body awareness
🩰 Left-and-right coordination
🩰 Listening and following instructions
🩰 Memory and concentration
🩰 Musicality and movement control
🩰 Confidence to express themselves

At Arabesque Dance Academy, we believe young children learn best when ballet is structured, joyful and meaningful.

Today it may be “right hand, left hand, both hands”…
