This is the busiest period in the year for me, yet I chose to stick to my values and commitment towards conservation work.

I just came back from the PADI AWARE event over the weekend at Tenggol Island. It’s a conservation project that allows avid divers to give back by doing beach clean up, eradicating coral eating Crown of Thorns (as a Buddhist is chose to skip this) and my favourite, coral planting.

Conservation work requires disruptive people:
- we have the passion to do it when no one else does or wants to
- we have the commitment and discipline to do it over a long period of time to see true impact
- we have to be skillful and masterful to execute the desired results
- we advocate for others to join the movement and mission

I’m so proud to see many of the corals previously planted are flourishing, it nourishes me to want to come back for more.

In life, we make many decisions and forego many too! It’s the sum of all our made and unmade decisions that lead to where we are today.

P/s: hope this post triggers fellow divers who have not been diving for a while to start feeling itchy to dive again.

It was my last day being 45yo, and I couldn’t have spent it better!

Recognized as one of the Most Influential Coaching Leaders in Malaysia is not something I’ll take for granted. Thank you and congratulations to World HRD Congress for the recognition. 🙏🏻

When I first learned coaching, it was learning the competencies and techniques to coach. Today I can proudly say, a has become a way of “being” for me.

Thank you everyone for allowing me to be the best Coach version of myself; I take this role both as an honor and a privilege. Thank you 🙏🏻

I mentioned this when I received the award on stage, “a major congratulations to all the other winners in the hall, each one of you are already demonstrating coaching potential, let’s continue to build the community together. Heartfelt congratulations to all the award winners. 🦾🦾

Job’s not done; onwards and upwards, will be focused on grooming more Applied Generative Coaches, would love it for you to join me on this journey!

On the 13th of December, we came together to celebrate the joy and victories we have achieved together as Avidians at our 10th Anniversary, Appreciation, & Awards Night 2024.

I share this achievement with all Avidians, past and present. We are honored and deeply grateful to have reached this point in our journey alongside everyone who has been part of Avidity International since its inception.

Over the past 10 years, we have grown together, faced challenges, and celebrated successes that have shaped us into the organization we are today. From our earliest days to where we stand now, every contribution, every effort, and every moment of collaboration has played a vital role in this incredible journey.

To our long-standing Avidians who have been with us from the start: I thank you for your unwavering dedication and belief in our vision. You have been the foundation of our growth and success.

To our newer Avidians: I thank you for bringing fresh perspectives, energy, and passion to our mission. You have infused Avidity International with renewed purpose and innovation.
