Rescue Diver final scenario: PASSED! 🤿🚨😂

Big congratulations to Vidura & Bridget for surviving their last Rescue training scenario! 💪

And a special award goes to Lydia for playing the victim… not just any victim, but the “TERPALING VICTIM”! 🤣🏆 She definitely took her role VERY seriously!

Well done, team! Rescue training may be serious business, but nobody said we couldn’t have some fun along the way! Big thanks to Instructor Adam for the lesson and credit for this video too.

Setiap Terumbu Karang Itu Berharga 🪸🌊

Ketika sedang menjalani latihan selaman, Cikpah dan Baim menemui tiga koloni karang yang perlahan-lahan mati akibat terperangkap di bawah dua pukat hantu (ghost net) yang berasingan. Walaupun sedang menjalani latihan, kami tidak sanggup berpaling dan membiarkannya begitu sahaja.

Pukat hantu tersebut dikeluarkan dengan berhati-hati, memberi peluang kepada karang-karang ini untuk terus hidup. Sisa yang dikutip kemudiannya ditimbang dan direkodkan ke dalam aplikasi PADI AWARE.

Usaha menyelamatkan lautan tidak semestinya memerlukan operasi yang besar. Kadangkala, ia bermula dengan satu pilihan kecil, memilih untuk tidak berpaling apabila kita melihat sesuatu yang boleh kita selamatkan.

Jadilah sebahagian daripada perubahan. Menyelamlah dengan bertanggungjawab, kutip sampah marin jika selamat untuk berbuat demikian, rekodkan penemuan anda, dan bersama-sama kita menjadi suara untuk lautan.

Today, we said goodbye to someone who has become more than just a friend of Sea Voice Divers.

Michael Bushell , celebrating your farewell underwater today felt especially meaningful because the ocean is part of the story we share. From the beginning of your journey with Alunan Resort, you have always been there supporting us. You even took your Open Water certification with us and somewhere along the way, you became part of our little Sea Voice family.

Everyone here loves your energy, your kindness, and simply the good vibes you bring whenever you’re around. You will truly be missed.

A million thanks for all the support, friendship, laughter and memories over the years. As you begin this new chapter, may Allah bless your path, open beautiful doors for you and guide you towards even greater things. 🤲🏼

And remember, your home is always here. The ocean will still be waiting and so will all of us. 💙

This isn’t goodbye. It’s just “see you on the next dive.”

🤿 Exploring Romantic Wreck! ⚓

Join our diver Ernie, together with DM Roll & Mad, as they explore one of Perhentian’s newest underwater playgrounds, Romantic Wreck, resting at 23m depth just a short ride from our dive centre.

With plenty of doorways, swim-throughs and hidden corners to explore, this newly sunken wreck is already becoming a home for marine life…
barracuda, sweetlips, snappers, puffers, nudibranchs and even frogfish!

A new wreck. New life. New adventures waiting beneath the surface.

Two years after completing his Advanced Course with us, Vidura is back to continue his dive education with us, this time learning Rescue and Emergency First Response (EFR). ❤️‍🩹
