📢 Notice: PFRC Gymnasium will be closed on Friday (20 March) and Monday (23 March) for the Hari Raya celebration. We will resume operations as usual afterwards.

Enjoy the Raya celebration, the delicious food, and precious time with family — but remember, keep the fitness spirit going too! 😄🏃‍♂️

Please be informed that the Gymnasium will be closed on 1 January 2026 in conjunction with the New Year holiday. The Gymnasium will resume operations on 2 January 2026.

Dear Valued Customers & Members,

Please be informed that the Gymnasium will be closed from 22 to 26 December 2025 in conjunction with the Mid-Semester Break and Christmas Holiday. The gym will resume operations on 29 December 2025.

Kindly note that any memberships expiring during the closure period will be extended accordingly.

PENYERTAAN KURSUS PERSONAL TRAINER – SIRI KE-12
Fakulti Pendidikan dan Pengajian Sukan, Universiti Malaysia Sabah dengan kerjasama Pusat Satelit ISN menjemput individu yang berminat untuk menyertai Kursus Personal Trainer – Siri ke-12 yang akan berlangsung seperti ketetapan berikut:
🗓 29 September – 3 Oktober 2025
📍 Fakulti Pendidikan dan Pengajian Sukan, UMS
Kandungan kursus merangkumi:
✅Bimbingan daripada jurulatih profesional
✅Reka bentuk program latihan berkesan
✅Kemahiran komunikasi & etika jurulatih
✅Asas anatomi serta fisiologi senaman
✅ Peserta yang berjaya menamatkan kursus ini akan menerima pensijilan rasmi

Please be informed that our gym will be closed on the following dates:

📅 30th May 2025 (Friday) – In conjunction with Kaamatan Festival
📅 2nd June 2025 (Monday) – In observance of Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s Official Birthday

We encourage all members to enjoy the celebrations and take this opportunity to rest and recharge. 💪
