We are honoured to receive by Datuk Simon Chee at DeeVin Development today afternoon, he always cares a lot about us. In the meeting, we have briefed him our year 2026 events achievements and coming events arrangement, especially the coming SUKMA 2026 in Selangor this August.

The Sabah SUKMA Judo Team has done everything to reach this moment. We are not here to participate. We are here to fight with heart, pride, and unity for our state.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Majlis Sukan Negeri Sabah and parents for the tremendous support to our team.

Sabah Junior Judokas have just completed their horizon expending journey to Singapore.

We’d like to express our deepest appreciation to The Singapore Judo Club (Since 1954), Singapore Judo Federation and The Dojo for having us and let us sweat and learn on their tatami.

Special thanks to the President of SJC Sensei Chong, the founder of The Dojo Sensei Tan and the President of SJF Sensei Yeo for the arrangements and supports!

缅怀我的柔道恩师：Mr Ku ( 古健中恩师）
一位塑造了我们的生命、精神与灵魂的导师

谨以此文献给我的柔道师父。他用一生的时间，在沙巴这片土地上，教会了我们如何摔倒，更教会了我们如何重新站起来。

师父的离去，让沙巴柔道界失去了一根顶梁柱，也让我们这些弟子失去了人生的灯塔。

回望师父的一生，他与沙巴柔道协会的发展紧密相连。从协会成立之初的筚路蓝缕，到培养出一批又一批优秀的柔道家，师父始终是那个站在道场角落里，默默付出的人,为沙巴柔道打下了坚实的基础。他或许不是站在聚光灯下领奖的那个人，但他是每一位冠军背后的“造梦师”。

师父的道场，对我而言就是第二个家。他的教诲，远远超出了柔道的“技”与“术”。

他常说：“柔道是礼始礼终的运动。”这句话不仅仅是一句口号。他教我们如何正确地鞠躬，以示对对手的尊重；他教我们在摔倒对手后，要立刻伸手扶起对方，因为真正的强者是懂得怜悯与扶持的。他用自己的言行告诉我们，黑带不仅仅代表着段位，更代表着谦卑、正直和毅力。

在沙巴的炎炎夏日里，我们无数次在垫子上挥汗如雨。师父很少骂我们，但他那种严厉而充满期待的眼神，比任何责骂都更有力量。当我们因为失败而气馁时，他会拍拍我们的肩膀，用柔道的“精力善用”来开导我们——不要与困难硬碰硬，要学会借力打力，用最小的力量去战胜强大的阻碍。

师父，您虽然走了，但您传下来的技艺和哲学，将永远伴随着我们。

· 您教的“受身”（Ukemi，即自我保护摔倒法），让我们在人生的无数次跌倒中，懂得了如何保护自己，避免受伤。
· 您教的“一本”（Ippon，即完胜），让我们明白了专注与全力以赴的意义。
· 您教的“精力善用”与“最大效率”，让我们学会了在生活中如何以柔克刚，如何用智慧解决问题。

今夜，我们失去了您。但在沙巴每一个清晨的道场里，当晨曦照进窗户，当柔道服的摩擦声再次响起时，我们都会看见您。您就在我们每一次的呼吸里，在我们每一次的“哈！”的喊声中。

Rest in peace, Sensei.

感谢您让我们成为了更好的人。您种下的柔道种子，将会在沙巴的土地上生根发芽，生生不息。
