Not a good race day but still huge result for me as achieve PB 3:28:40,shave almost 19min 35s from my previous record. Cramp at km28, getting worse at Km37 n decide to slow t pace until the finish line 🏟️ Survive the race without gel along t race, just take water & isotonic 🙃… next time mahu belajar suda ambil ni energy gel supaya ada boost energy💪

Congratulations all participate BIM finisher👋🤚🔥 & for who have a bad day race in BIM, always have next event for comeback stronger giass 💪
