14 / 01 / 2025: Kian Kok Middle School Alumni Association is excited to engage in a productive pre-discussion with Mr. Richard Chong, President of Kota Kinabalu High School Ex-students Association, in anticipation of the upcoming 3rd Sabah Inter High School Alumni Basketball Tournament.
亚庇建国中学校友会非常荣幸能与亚庇中学校友会主席张礼杰进行一次富有成效的预讨论，以期待即将举行的【第三届沙巴中学校际校友会篮球赛】。

As the tournament enters its third season, Kota Kinabalu High School Ex-students Association will take on the hosting duties this year in accordance with the rotational hosting system put in place. This approach aims to foster collaborative efforts and actively involve more Alumni Associations in the tournament's planning committee.
比赛将进入第三个赛季，亚庇中学校友会将根据既定的轮流主办制度承担今年的主办单位。此举旨在促进合作，并积极让更多校友会参与到活动的筹备委员会中。

Originally established to promote connections among various Alumni Associations, the tournament serves as a platform for collaboration and networking through the medium of sports. Furthermore, it plays a vital role in fundraising for student scholarships, providing essential support to those who face financial challenges.
沙巴中学校际校友会篮球赛的初衷是促进各校友会之间的联系，作为通过体育媒介进行合作与网络构建的平台。此外，活动在学生奖学金的筹款方面也发挥着重要作用，为面临经济困难的学子提供必要的支持。

During the discussion, representatives from both Associations highlighted several key points regarding potential collaborations. Both Presidents underscored that these partnerships could lead to meaningful improvements and effective solutions to the various challenges we encounter in our swiftly changing modern community. Together, they envision a stronger, more united network that not only supports alumni but also enriches the lives of current students through enhanced opportunities and resources.

It’s essential to recognize the pivotal role that referees play in ensuring the integrity and fairness of any sporting event. Each game plan and competitive spirit brought onto the field or court can sometimes lead to heightened emotions, making the referees' job all the more crucial.

The Event Board Committee wishes to extend its heartfelt gratitude to every referee who has officiated throughout the tournament. We thank for their professionalism, and for helping create an environment where athletes can showcase their talents while competing for glory.

We would like to clarify that the winner for Best Rebound in the VETERAN GROUP is [ Mr. Allen Chong Swee Kee ] of : Association of Ex-Students of La Salle & Sacred Heart.
