1ST NOTICE OF THE 15TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF PERSATUAN BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU NEGERI SABAH YEAR 2026.

On behalf of the Association, we are pleased to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be convened as follows:

Date : 30th May 2026
Time : 2:00 pm
Venue : To be confirm

The agenda of the AGM will include:

- Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report.
- Presentation and adoption of the Financial Statement.
- Approve & payment of rent for Year 2022 to 2026.
- Dissolution of the PBJJNS committee Session 2021- 2025.
- Election of Office Bearers & Committee for the Term 2026–2030 session.
- Any other matters.

All members are cordially invited to attend. Your participation is vital to ensure the continued growth and governance of our Association.

Kindly note that only members in good standing (with membership fees duly paid) are eligible to vote and to be nominated for office.

Nomination forms for election of office bearers must be submitted to the Secretariat no later than 03rd May 2026 through WhatsApp at 016-8311308.
