All three friends and our trainers have their own specif

ic excellent sports backgrounds such as boxing, karate, muaythai, mma and aikido. Bear in mind all the sports movements are tailored to become a fitness workout for members. Choose workout ranging from:

Members are welcome to use our facilities free of charge: Prayer room, changing room, bathroom,waiting area,waterchiller. OPENING HOURS:
10am-12noon- OPEN PT
1pm-2pm REST
3pm-4pm- OPEN MAT

TRAINING HOURS:
6.30pm-8.30pm

Seminar seni muaythai (wai khru) untuk pertama kalinya bakal di adakan di sabah pada 15 & 16 Feb untuk lebih mengenali dan memahami wai khru serta pemarkahan wai khru.

Seminar pendek ini bersama Coach Mardeana, Jurulatih Seni Muaythai Sabah, yang mempunyai pengalaman khusus dalam acara seni di peringkat kebangsaan & antarabangsa
