Currently, Coach Andy Bartholomew is the resident blackbelt and caretaker for GF Team Sabah. Here we train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or for short BJJ focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds. Regardless of age or gender, BJJ can be used not only to have healthy lifestyle but also it can be used for self defense situation. Do feel free to contact us anytime.
