身體覺得安全了
脂肪才願意離開

我有在運動
但體脂肪就是不降
先不要懷疑自己
因為問題可能不是你想的那樣

昨天有個朋友私訊我：
「我每週跑步3次、上瑜珈
為什麼體脂還是卡在32%不動？」
40+ /兩個小孩

然後我的直覺先問她：
你每天睡幾小時？
她說：大概6小時 有時候送完小孩上學沒回去補眠就更少

找到了 🔍問題就出在這

睡不好→ 皮質醇升高
皮質醇升高 → 身體以為在逃命
逃命狀態 → 拒絕燃燒脂肪
（萬一活不下去怎麼辦？）

當我們睡的少或是處於高壓狀態
身體優先處理的是「生存」而不是燃脂
生存的本能反應一但開啟
就是找到機會能囤脂肪就趕快囤
盡量減少不必要的消耗

這就是為什麼運動還不瘦的原因

所以如果都睡不飽了
那不如把時間拿來睡覺而不是運動
不是運動沒用
是你的身體現在最需要的
「不是更多消耗」
而是——安全感
讓身體覺得安全了
脂肪才願意離開

3. Glutes Hypertension
4. Leg Press
5. Reverse Frog Pump
6. Hip Thrust

It hurts a little while I gripped the floor but I’m good. Push through the training and feeling awesome 🥰
