最近很多人問我：

「你這麼忙，到底一個星期運動幾天？」

其實，

我一個星期只運動 3 天。

每次也只有 45 分鐘。

很多人以為，

我是很有動力。

其實不是。

我只是幫自己建立了一個習慣。

每次決定要運動的那天，

我把早餐吃完，

就直接去運動。

這樣，

我就不會有時間去想：

「今天到底要不要去？」

因為一開始思考，

就很容易開始跟自己談判。

那不去的機率，

就很大。🤣

捉透了人性，

就用習慣去補足。💕💪🏻

Yesterday, we had our Chinese New Year Gathering Dinner in Klang Branch🧧✨

Looking at this group photo, we feel incredibly grateful 🤍

Over the past two years, Fitness Home has had the privilege of walking alongside many women — supporting their transformation journeys, helping them grow stronger, and guiding them to rediscover their confidence 💪🌸

Chinese New Year is about reunion, renewal, and new beginnings 🏮🌱

And this is exactly what our community represents.

We are more than just a gym.
We are a safe and supportive space for women 🤍
