1. Refund Eligibility
Services: Client that completed the whole program, has trained continuously of minimum 3 times per week with trainer and see no result is eligible for full refund. Refund eligibility for services is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Services: Kindly contact our customer service team to discuss your request and discuss your specific situation. Our team will guide you through the process and evaluate your eligibility for a refund.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds for eligible products/services will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. In some cases, store credit or alternative refund methods may be offered.

1. Any Personal Training sessions not completed within the validity period will be deemed null and void. For best results, we advise you exercise at least twice per week.
2. To ensure smooth training schedule you must book your appointment with your personal trainer in advance within a minimum of 24 hours notice.
3. Our Personal Trainers strive to help all of their goals and manage their available service hours accordingly, in unexpected circumstances which may cause you to cancel your scheduled Personal Training appointment, you must give your Personal Trainer a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise the unattended appointment will be charged in full.
4. Purchased Personal Training sessions are non-refundable & non-transferable.
5. Black Panda Fitness reserves the right to provide the-substitute PT in the event the assigned current PT is not available on the said schedule session.
6. You must verify each Personal Training section using initial on record summary after completion.
