無意間看到這張照片，想起前段時間我們頻頻劃手機觀賞武術，而現在我們劃手機更多是在關注國家的現況，想必國難當前，全部人終究會以人為本，想多了解進度然後參與其中。

“加油！”，這是羅師傅在簡訊裡常出現的一句話。

不在武館裡的這些天，他要我們記住平日的練習不要落下，修身律己，調理好飲食起居，多關照周遭的人。他不時還給我們提提醒，並把附近的Food Bank地址分享給我們，叮囑我們若有餘力要去助人。
