Notice Of Race (NOR) for 2018 Balok Wind Challenge for Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Kite Buggy, Stand Up Paddle, Optimist and Laser Race.

The race will be held in Balok Beach Kuantan at Oxbold Watersports Center at Gate C of De Rhu Beach Resort, Kuantan.
