Pike Push Up🔺
This exercise looks like inverted V shape and it focus on shoulder strength. You need to shift your weight to pike position. It challenge so much on your core and shoulder.

I had tried pike push up during MCO 3.0 (July 7)
❌Wrist and elbow not in a straight line
❌Less range of motion on shoulder

❌Core not feeling much while going down
My feedback :
I felt more tension on my elbow instead of my shoulder😫

I felt more tension on my core, triceps and shoulder😍

Suggestion👇
1.If your goal is to build shoulder in a nice shape (round and big)🎃
⭕There are a lot of effective exercises like shoulder press, lateral raise, front raise, Arnold press which can help you target your specific shoulder muscle completely and safer way to do it as compare to pike push up

2. If you are the beginner
⭕Don't rush yourself jump into pike push up. Ask yourself, can you do push up? Can you perform your plank in a good form? Can you perform triceps dip without compensation?
If not, start from wall push up, start from easier exercise and engage right muscle , progressively increase your intensity.

Learn how to walk properly first before run

Prerequisite:
Not recommended for anyone who have any elbow or shoulder injury. Kindly consult doctor before you can start exercise.

因为疫情关系,
我们也呆在家有一段时间了吧,
多吃少动的你,
有没有发现裤头越来越紧?😟
有没有发现脸庞越来越圆?🌝
每一个月体重都增加2公斤,这样下去还得了?!
担心解封后,回到工作岗位,老板同事都认不出你?
甚至你的男朋友也快认不出他们的女朋友了😱

你应该也尝试了不少shortcut吧?
偏偏胃口大,但是饮食分量少的可怜像小鸟吃一样🐦
挨饿了几个月,还没瘦就饿出胃痛来🤢
然后再也忍无可忍,一发不可收拾的暴饮暴食🤮
尝试了减肥药,减去的是身体大部分的水分!
(不是脂肪哦!)
这些方法即极端又伤身,而且又不能长久执行
(到头来浪费金钱浪费时间)

还不如实实在在的给自己执行一项减肥企划

吃过零食后感到内疚,但你仍然无法停止每天吃零食?

封锁后,我没在算卡路里。甚至蛋白粉也没摄取了(进入省钱模式)。
想吃什么就吃什么🤣
但我永远不会偷懒于锻炼,强度可能不像在健身房一样,但定制锻炼课表仍然围绕着我想训练的肌群。

疫情间,我也会担心我的体态会发生什么变化,也可能会增加些脂肪。
但对比了一下2019年与最近拍的照片,力量训练的确能让我保持着我的体态❤️

MCO 3.0 for almost 2 months

Are you still keep on track with your fitness goal?
Anyone of you gaining weight?
Snacking alot at home?
Feel guilty after having snack, but you still can't stop snacking everyday?

After lockdown, I don't even count my calories. Don't even take protein scoop (Save money mode).
Eat whatever s**t I want🤣
But I will never skip workout, intensity might not be the same like at the gym, but still working around the muscle I wish to train.
I'm worries how my body changes too, might gain some fat too.

After compare the picture taken recently with previous on 2019, strength training do help me a lot to keep my physique❤️
