Step 1: Get Ready

🏊‍♂️ Start in the water with your face down and arms out front, like a superhero!
Step 2: Legs Apart

👣 Spread your legs a little bit, like you're making a big V shape with your legs.
Step 3: Bend and Kick Out

🦵 Bend your knees, and then kick your legs out to the sides, like a frog jumping.
Step 4: Bring Your Feet In

🐸 Pull your feet back in towards your bottom, like you're closing a pair of scissors.
Step 5: Glide and Repeat

🌊 Stretch your legs out straight and glide for a moment.
Keep doing the kick, glide, kick, glide rhythm.
Tips:

🕒 Try to kick and glide evenly, not too fast or too slow.
🤿 Keep your head in the water, and when you need to breathe, come up between kicks.
🏊‍♀️ Practice with a grown-up or a teacher for help.

🌈 Step 1: Streamlined Position

Start by pushing off the wall or initiating your stroke.
Fully extend your body, creating a straight line from your fingertips to your toes.
Keep your head in a neutral position, looking straight ahead to reduce resistance.

🎠 Step 2: Effective Arm Extension

Reach forward with one arm at a time during the glide.
Ensure that your arm is fully extended, and your hand is leading the way.
If swimming freestyle, overlap your hands to streamline your arms and reduce drag.

🤖 Step 3: Controlled Breathing and Rotation

Focus on controlled breathing, exhaling continuously underwater (for freestyle).
Minimize head movement to avoid disruptions in your streamlined form.
Incorporate gentle rotation of hips and shoulders with each stroke for increased efficiency.
