A commanding performance by the Royal Warriors led to a resounding victory! 💪🔥

Facing off against Global Stars in the KC Series 2025, we posted a strong total of 149/9 in 20 overs.

🎯 Batting Highlights:

Dornala Ganesh set the tone with a blistering 63 off 29 balls, smashing 7 fours and 5 sixes at a strike rate of 217.

Middle-order contributions pushed the total to a defendable 149.

🔥 Bowling & Fielding Highlights:

Sai, Chandu, and Sairam each took 2 wickets, tightening the grip on the opposition.

Brilliant fielding effort across the team added immense pressure throughout the innings.

Global Stars were bowled out for just 94 runs in 17 overs, handing us a superb 55-run win.

🏏 KC Series 2025 | Match Update – 17th May vs KL Rangers 🏏

A solid team effort and a good win! 💪🔥

We took on KL Rangers in the KC Series 2025. Winning the toss, Captain Lava led the team to bowl first, and we successfully restricted them to 129 runs in 20 overs.

🎯 Bowling Highlights:

Teja led the bowling attack with 3 crucial wickets 🎯

Sai, Chandu, Lava, and Sairam chipped in with a wicket each

Special mention to Teja and Sai for their exceptional spells that kept the pressure on throughout! 🧤🔥

Chasing 130, our openers set the tone:

Jeevan played a confident knock of 33 off 24 balls

Sundeep supported brilliantly with 38 off 28 balls

The finishing touch was delivered in style by Venkat and Sai, sealing the victory in just 16.3 overs. 🎉

🏆 KC Series 2024 Tournament Summary

We competed with 22 teams divided into 4 groups, finishing at the top of our group stage. In the Super8, we fought hard to secure 2nd place, earning a spot in the semifinals. Despite a valiant effort in the semis, we narrowly missed out on the finals.

However, we bounced back strongly to win the 2nd Runner-up Cup, claiming 3rd place in the tournament.

👏 Congratulations to all our team members who participated and contributed throughout the KC Series. It was a challenging journey, but we played some great competitive cricket, showing determination in every match.

🎉 Victory in the final game of the KC series, securing 3rd place against Phantom CC!

🏏 We won the toss and batted first, putting up an impressive 207 runs in 20 overs. A solid start by openers Ranga and Venkat set the tone, followed by explosive contributions:
* Enan: 44 runs off 20 balls
* Shiva: 30 runs off 14 balls
* Theekshana: 42 runs off 18 balls

🌧️ Defending the target, we bowled well, with Lava and Theekshana taking 1 wicket each. The match was decided by the DLS method after rain stopped play, giving us a 12-run victory.

🏅 Man of the Match: Theekshana Liyanage for his all-around performance.

🏏 Semifinal match update from July 27, 2024, against KL Zalmi.

🔥 We won the toss and opted to bat first, posting a strong total of 168 runs in 20 overs. Our top-order batsmen were impressive:

Shiva and Ranga scored valuable runs.
Theekshana: A fiery 58 runs off 31 balls

💪 Despite our bowlers’ best efforts, KL Zalmi chased down the target in 18.4 overs. Theekshana and Vishnu took 2 wickets each, while Shiva and Chandu took 1 wicket each.

🏅 We now have an opportunity to compete for the 3rd prize, and we are determined to come back stronger!

🎉 Exciting win in the KC Series Super8 do-or-die match against AIA on July 20, 2024!

🔁 Despite losing the toss, we bowled brilliantly, restricting AIA to 143 runs for 8 wickets. Saikumar shone in the powerplay with crucial wickets, Theekshana Liyanage took a hat-trick to collapse the middle order, and Shiva grabbed 1 important wicket.

🏏 Chasing 144 runs, Venkat gave us a tremendous start with a quick 29 runs. Ranga, understanding the situation, played a cool innings, scoring 51 runs to guide us to victory in 17 overs. Jeevan also contributed with a swift 25 runs.

🏅 Man of the Match: Ranga for his superb 51 runs off 40 balls, including 3 fours and 4 sixes.

With this win, we've qualified for the semifinals in the KC series! 🎉

🏏 Tough battle in the KC series Super8 match against DCC on July 14, 2024!

🔁 We fielded first after losing the toss and restricted DCC to 134 runs in 19 overs. Lava and Theekshana shone with 4 wickets each.

🏏 Despite a valiant effort, our batting couldn't match up, ending at 126 runs in 20 overs.

💪 It was a learning experience for us, identifying areas to improve in both bowling and batting.

🔜 We're determined to bounce back stronger in the upcoming matches!

On Monday, 8th July 2024, we played our last group match in the KC T20 series against the Stylop Golden Eagles, and we emerged victorious! 🌟

After winning the toss, we chose to bowl first and successfully restricted our opponents to just 92 runs. 🌟

Special shoutout to Teekshana for his outstanding performance, taking 5 wickets in 4 overs while conceding only 17 runs! 🎉👏 Chandu and Shiva also chipped in with 2 wickets each. 💪

Chasing a target of 93 runs, our team showed great composure and reached the target in 17 overs. 🏆
