No worries! WWL is here now to rescue you! If we are talking about fat loss, we need to clarify one thing, which is: what is fat? Do you know how many reps and sets are effective or enough for yourself?

Here, the WWL Fitness Center will guide you and help you avoid unintentional injuries in the gym. Scientific research (NASM) shows that 12–20 reps per set for 3–6 sets with a lightweighting technique promote muscular endurance. Beside, 3-6 sets of 6–12 reps per resistance exercise are recommended at intensities ranging from 75–85% of a client’s one-rep max to promote muscular hypertrophy. Lastly, during resistance training, ranging anywhere from 85–100% of a client’s one-rep max for 1–5 reps helps promote muscular maximal strength. Follow us to boost your fitness results.
