A slight change to this information, Galaxy Futsal Bangi is only for Futsal (Men) category, whereas Futsal (Women) will be at German Malaysian Institute/ GMI 🤗

In conjunction with National Sports Month, our entries this October would circulate around the theme of " ". In the midst of working life, sometimes it is a real challenge to keep track of our health and wellbeing. Simple steps such as sleeping early, exercising or eating a balanced meal could easily slip from our daily routine.

Here at IMAN, we're thinking about sharing practical tips and insights on this matter to and from our followers. In doing so, we hope to create an active community and a culture that support and motivate each other.
