Week 17 Legs done and dusted. So I took the past week and a half off and now continuing from where I left off. Why? Coz I didn't feel like it. 😂😂😂 That plus a recovering wrist kink, birthday and CNY festivities. But hey, everyone's entitled to not wanting to workout at some point. And that includes YOU. Yup, I meant you, my lovelies who's still reading my rant. It's ok to not wanna workout, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back to it when you are ready. B**b and care bear sweat patches will always be there waiting for you. 😉
So all you fitches out there, go swag and do your thing how you like it. Ain't nobody got the right to tell you what you should be doing. Well except for Mom. Coz Mom is always right. 😅😅 PS: and for my boo
