How To: Seated Machine Row 💪

1️⃣ Adjust the seat & chest pad so your handles are aligned around mid-chest level
2️⃣ Keep your chest up and shoulders down — avoid shrugging
3️⃣ Grab the handles with a firm, neutral grip
4️⃣ Pull the handles towards your lower chest/upper stomach
5️⃣ Squeeze your back at the end of the movement for 1 second
6️⃣ Slowly control the weight back forward — don’t let it slam
7️⃣ Keep your core tight and avoid swinging your body

❌ Don’t use momentum
❌ Don’t round your shoulders
❌ Don’t rush the reps

How To Do The Perfect Squat Machine Rep

1️⃣ Set the pad height comfortably on your shoulders
2️⃣ Keep your chest up & core tight
3️⃣ Position feet shoulder-width apart
4️⃣ Lower slowly until thighs are at least parallel
5️⃣ Drive through your heels to stand back up
6️⃣ Don’t lock out your knees at the top
7️⃣ Control the weight — don’t bounce the movement

✅ Focus on form > weight
✅ Full range = better results
✅ Consistency builds strength
