First EVER International level bodybuilding show for me in all those years of Bodybuilding and training

Don't you dare forget who stood by your side.

You don't have that right

I'm in a sport that involves having a good team, and as an athlete I wouldn't be able to perform at top notch level 🗡️ without my TEAM

I post this as a reminder for all those who might be struggling with something out there

Go back to those who genuinely love you and seek their help

I see people dying in the sport that I love and it breaks my heart

Love one another and when needed always

You know what else you can do? Pour into someone's life today and reach out and do something for them. You'll see how it comes back to you 💯

Always a firm believer in learning from people who know more than you and has more experience in something and you'll go far trust me on this

And needless to say, that was Freaking HARd! My hamstrings were all in fire 🔥 in that ONE set and even there I was assisted and probably only did like 5 reps total

Notice how I was left to struggle on the last rep 🤣? by , that was as a revenge coz I did the same thing earlier during his set 📐

A friendly banter often happens when we both meet up and that's been the case since 2010 😎

Regardless, had an awesome back session and this last exercise was a wrap!

From buying the groceries and settling all my clothes during comp prep
