游泳前后应要做好全面防护 :根据疾控专家建议，游泳者在游泳前应佩戴好泳帽、防水眼镜、鼻塞、耳塞等。游泳过程中，若遇呛水、泳镜进水的情况，应及时用清水漱口或用清水冲洗眼睛和泳镜。应杜绝入池前不冲淋、泳池吐痰、泳池小解以及入池后搓澡等不文明行为...

游泳前后应要做好全面防护 :
根据疾控专家建议，游泳者在游泳前应佩戴好泳帽、防水眼镜、鼻塞、耳塞等。
游泳过程中，若遇呛水、泳镜进水的情况，应及时用清水漱口或用清水冲洗眼睛和泳镜。
应杜绝入池前不冲淋、泳池吐痰、泳池小解以及入池后搓澡等不文明行为。
此外，建议游泳者游泳时间不宜过长,否则一些敏感体质的人可能会皮肤过敏。
