要成为一位专业瑜伽导师，更希望深入了解瑜伽，提升自己的练习，这堂 200小时瑜伽导师培训课程，会是一个非常扎实的开始。

课程将由四位经验丰富的导师共同带领：
* Jo Chan
* Billy Loo
* Bobo Sin（香港）
* Chris Su
每位导师都有不同的专长与教学经验，你将从不同角度学习，吸收更多元的知识，也慢慢找到属于自己的教学风格。

你会一步一步了解每个动作为什么这样做、如何更安全地练习，以及如何根据不同学生的身体状况，给予适合的引导。
课程内容包括：
• 瑜伽体式正位与身体觉察
• 呼吸法（Pranayama）
• 瑜伽哲学与练习精神
• 简单易懂的人体解剖学
• 如何编排一堂完整、有逻辑的课程
• 辅助调整与安全引导技巧
• 教学方法与课堂沟通能力
• 冥想与静心练习
• 建立独立授课的信心
