A strong man/woman is not afraid of failures and keeps trying until he/she reaches where he/she wishes to be. He/she takes losses positively and learns from them.

Life is filled with highs and lows which will test your resilience. Be sure to overcome the challenge today and bring out your inner strength. Push yourself to be a better and stronger version of yourself tonight.

Hi everyone my name is Denesh and I am a personal trainer. I started to be interested in fitness after my weight loss program. I was once obese weighing up to 95kg and nearly type 2 diabetes. I lost all that weight in 6 months with strict dieting and exercise/training and I have gotten healthier and fit. A year later I decided to take up competitive bodybuilding and also become a personal trainer. I decided to become a personal trainer due to the knowledge that I have about fitness and diet, and how it impacts our lives as well as how the food we eat can effect our health and fitness goals.

I specialise in weight loss, muscle building and lean/shredded physique.
