All our packages are strictly non-refundable. Packages and classes are not transferable between customers. NON-EXTENDABLE
All our packages have an expiry date and are strictly not extendable. ACTIVATION DATE
Once you purchase your package, the activation date will automatically fall on the next day till the package expiry date. BOOKING ONLINE

king need to be made on our App. We do NOT accept bookings over the phone or via email except for trial class
TRIAL CLASS
All customers are entitle to ONE(1) trial class for FOC. Reservation needs to be made through whatsapp for available slot. CANCELLATION
In order for not to be charged for the class, cancellation must be done through our App at least 3 hours prior to class
FREEZE POLICY
If you are injured, pregnant or have just undergone surgery, please email us at [email protected] with your doctor’s letter to request a package freeze. All requests will be considered on a case by case basis and are subjected to approval.
• Minimum Freeze Period: 30 days
• Freeze Period will be in accordance with your doctor’s letter.
• Admin Fee: RM20
MEDICAL RISKS
Generally, physical exercise can be strenuous and subject you to risk of serious injury, Exercycle urges you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any exercise activity. LOSS OF PROPERTY
Customers are urged not to bring valuables onto the studio’s premises and to keep valuables with them at all times. The studio shall not be liable for the disappearance, loss or theft of, or damages to personal property.
