This Ride isn’t about making the ride harder than Booster.
The main difference is the intention behind it.
Booster is focused on performance, intensity, and pushing your limits.
*AM Momentum ride* is designed to help you start your day with purpose.
You’ll still sweat, work hard, and get challenged, but the goal is to build momentum before work. physically and mentally.
Think of it as:
