Full house. Full energy 💦
And this was only the warm up 🤣
They said my bodyweight warm up already woke their heart up before the actual workout even started 😮💨
But proper warm up matters:
✔️ Activate muscles
✔️ Prepare the body
✔️ Reduce injury risk
✔️ Improve performance during training
We don’t just jump into workouts here
we prepare the body properly first 💪
