Yesterday's zoom was about hips and hamstrings. I love adding mobility and balancing into my yoga class. After all the hips opening and hamstrings stretch asanas, add-on mobility fun before savasana.

Let's practice yoga in a safe environment where instructor can see and adjust you. In June, I will be conducting 4 classes on every Saturday at 9am via Zoom platform.
Do join me to stay active in a gentle way.
Classes suitable for all levels.
You are welcome to get your family members or children to join too!

Flow from lizard pose.
~ knee down
~ thigh stretch
~ hold 3 to 5 breaths
~ single arm chaturanga push up 10x
~ hold 3 to 5 breaths
~ release and back to lizard then downward facing down. Repeat the other side.
