（参赛球队将会得到12套Viper Motion的球衣）

2) 按底金： 200

3) 球员12位，限制三位2019-2023州手
（仅 Sukma和元首杯代表）或者一位国手和两位州手

4) 开赛日期：9/12/2023

5）截止日期：15/11/2023

6）球赛进行星期六和日晚上

7) 如有球队纪律不好
大会有权除消球队参赛

8）地点： 巴占新村有盖篮球场

冠军：RM 3000奖杯+奖牌
亚军：RM 1500 奖杯+奖牌
季军: RM 800 奖杯+奖牌
殿军: RM 500 奖杯+奖牌
