BASUH BAJU AIR PANAS VS AIR SEJUK VS AIR SUAM??

Tahu tak korang sebenarnya kalau kita basuh baju, ada suhu-suhu air yang berbeza-beza yang boleh kita gunakan untuk basuh baju kita.

A. Cucian Air Sejuk
Denim, baju kait (knitwear) atau apa sahaja helaian yang berfabrik lembut elok dicuci menggunakan air sejuk. Air sejuk juga elok digunakan untuk membersih helaian berwarna gelap kerana ia memlihara warnanya dari pudar.

B. Cucian Air Suam
Sesuai digunakan untuk baju-baju putih dan berwarna terang.

C. Cucian Air Panas
Air panas elok digunakan untuk baju yang terkena kotoran degil. la juga sebenarnya elok digunakan untuk mencuci tuala mandi atau juga boleh digunakan untuk mencuci kain lap (kain buruk).
Inilah sedikit info tentang suhu air untuk cuci kain korang untuk menyenangkan korang basuh baju lepasni.

PEMAKAIAN GYM YANG SESUAI

Nak pergi gym untuk kekalkan badan fit dan sihat sepanjang masa, tapi bila dah sampai orang tengok korang pelik ja. Itu sebab nya korang punya pemakaian gym tak sesuai la tu. Mesti diorang ingat korang ni budak-budak hingusan.

Pakalan gym yang sesual kene lah:
• Berkasut sukan. Takkan nak main gym pakai selipar ja
• Pakaian yang sesuai. Contohnya memakai jersey.
• Strapping. Kalau nk rasa lebih selamat boleh pakai strapping Ketika melakukan senaman gym
• Bawak botol air sendiri. Barulah senang untuk stay hydrate.

Bola sepak dimainkan di padang yang berbentuk segi empat tepat, sama ada rumput atau rumput buatan. Pada abad ke-19, permainan bola sepak di sekolah-sekolah United Kingdom (yang mempunyai cara permainan yang berlainan mengikut sekolah) menjadi lebin terkenal. Lantaran itu, cara permainannya juga lebih teratur. Undang-undang awal diperkenalkan bagi menyeragamkan cara permainan yang berlainan itu dan memudahkan pemain-pemain. Persatuan Bola Sepak England (The Football Association) telah ditubuhkan pada 1863 oleh beberapa kelab bola sepak.

Persatuan ini berjaya menggubal undang-undang formal bola sepak yang pertama di dunia. Undang-undang ini kemudian berkembang menjadi Undang-undang Bola Sepak hari ini.
Mengikut kajian yang dilakukan oleh Fédération
Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), badan pentadbir bola sepak, yang diterbitkan dalam musim bunga 2001, lebih daripada 240 juta orang biasanya bermain bola sepak dalam lebih daripada 200 negara di seluruh pelusuk dunia. Peraturannya yang mudah dan memerlukan peralatan yang sedikit tidak syak lagi menolong penyebaran dan tumbesaran dalam pop**aritinya. Sebelum abad ke-21, sukan ini telah dimainkan lebih daripada 250 juta orang di lebih buah 200 negara.

Sejarah jersey bola sepak bernombor:-

Jersey bernombor pertama kali digunakan secara profesional di kelab liga Inggeris pada tahun 1928 ketika pasukan Arsenal menentang pasukan Sheffield Wednesday. Pemain Sheffield Wednesday direkodkan memakai jersey bernombor 1-11, manakala pemain Arsenal p**a memakai jersey bernombor 12-22. Dalam perlawanan itu Arsenal tewas 3-2 kepada Sheffield Wednesday.
