It has been 9 years plus, and until today I still feel truly thankful that I made that decision — and even more thankful to have met my doctor.

Congratulations… you made me gain 5kg in just 1 week plus.

Most probably, I’ll need around the same amount of days to bring it back down — because most of it isn’t pure fat, but water, glycogen, food volume and sodium.

But honestly… I enjoyed this long holiday with you.

The food, the time, the moments, the memories — all so sweet. 🙂

Luckily, even after gaining 5kg, the abs and veins are still there, and I’m still holding single-digit body fat.
