📍 Position: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow
✅ Manage warehouse, logistics, inventory, and delivery coordination
✅ Lead and supervise the operations team
✅ Improve operational efficiency and implement best practices
✅ Coordinate with sales, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely project ex*****on
✅ Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
✅ Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures
🎯 Requirements:
✔️ Experience in operations management experience
✔️ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent organizational and communication abilities
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔️ Experience in warehouse, logistics, or project coordination is an advantage
✔️ Experience in the fitness, sporting goods, or equipment industry is a bonus
