Dear members,

As aforementioned on our telegram channel, we are permanently closed as of the 1st of August 2022. Whether we will be relocating to a new location is unsure. Stay tuned as further updates will be updated from time to time.

As for those who had your membership renewed recently, feel free to drop by the gym to fill up the refund form. Valid till the 15th of August 2022.

We apologize for all the inconvenience caused. Thank you for being a member of our gym that some of us may call home. Thank you for all the good times!

GOOD NEWS!

We will be opening starting this Monday (20th September 2021)

Our hours will be:
Monday to Friday: 7am - 9:30pm
Saturday: 7am - 8:30pm
Sunday: 9:15am - 5:30pm

All members / walk-ins need to book a slot in the link given below. There will be 12 slots a day and a maximum of 15 people in the gym at once.

LATEST GYM SOP AS PER KBS AND KKM RULING:

Please comply to all rules and regulations. Failure to comply would result in a fine imposed by the authorities.

1) No bathing allowed.
2) No hanging or loitering around in the gym's bar or office.
3) Only fully vaccinated individuals with MySejahtera confirmation are allowed in the gym.
4) Always maintain social distancing of 1 meter.
5) First come first serve basis.

Good news everyone!

It's time to get back on track 🏋️‍♂️. After almost 3 months, we are excited to announce that we will be resuming our business on the 17th of June (Wednesday)

Here is our updated business hours and SOP rules:

Business hours:
Monday-Saturday (7a.m.-10p.m.)
Sunday (9a.m.-6p.m.)
*Note: A one hour break time will be implemented everyday from 12p.m.-1p.m. for the purpose of cleaning and sanitizing of our equipment.

SOP Rules:
1. Only 20 people are allowed to be in the gym at one time. First come first serve basis. Each member is only allowed 1 Hour 30 Minutes of workout time.
2. Each member must bring their own towel and water bottle.
3. No socializing at the gym.
4. No body contact.
5. Always keep a distance of 1m-2m from other members.
6. No sharing of equipment or spotting.
7. Showering is not allowed
