We begin with arrival and grounding, move into Mat Pilates, and close with Sound & Stillness for a full mind-body reset.

It’s been two weeks since our opening, and we’re still holding onto the feeling of that day 🤍

We took some time to really take it all in — the movement, the conversations, the little moments happening throughout the space.

Everything felt calm, meaningful, and so full of warmth.

Thank you to everyone who came by, moved with us, and shared that day with us.
It truly meant more than we can say.
