今天从核心与骨盆的稳定开始，
一步一步找到身体的控制感。

当骨盆足够稳定，
我们才把练习带到站立，

先稳定，再延伸。
这也是普拉提很迷人的地方。

有时候，身体比我们更早知道，
最近的自己，过得好不好。

小小的空间里，
有人带着满满的心事而来，
有人带着今天的快乐而来。
而我们都从一场开髋流开始，
让身体一点一点打开，
也让那些没有说出口的情绪，
有机会被呼吸、被流动、被温柔地接住。

每个星期四，
我们就这样在一呼一吸之间，
把身体打开一点，
也把自己放松一点。

愿每一次流动结束，
都能为自己留下一点空间，
去装下生活，也装下自己🌿

你在空中瑜伽里得到了什么？

一开始大家是不是都觉得，
空中瑜伽很美、很优雅、很仙 🧚

拍出来好像什么都很轻松 😂

但真正开始练了才知道……

为了一个动作，
可能手臂抖到不行、腿一直滑、核心烧到不行，
然后下课还会问自己：
「我刚刚到底在干嘛？😂」

可是慢慢练着练着，
你会发现自己好像也得到了一些意外的东西。

力量变好了，
胆子变大了，
开始敢做以前不敢做的动作。

最重要的是 —— 越来越相信自己的身体。

以前觉得「这个我应该不可以」，
后来变成「欸？我竟然做到了！」🥹

所以空中瑜伽带给你的，
真的不只是一个好看的动作。

还有很多很多，
只有自己练过才会懂的东西 🤍
