1. Terms & Conditions
All members and walk-in guests must adhere to the safety guidelines and rules while utilizing the gym facilities.
Memberships and access passes are strictly non-transferable and must only be used by the registered individual.
Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of facility rules or inappropriate conduct.
Members engage in physical activities and utilize the equipment at their own risk.
2. Shipping Policy
As a fitness service provider, our core offerings are memberships and training services.
All membership confirmations, digital access, and official receipts are delivered electronically via email immediately upon successful payment.
No physical shipping is involved. Any physical merchandise purchased online must be collected in person at our front desk during operating hours.
3. Refund Policy
All transactions for gym memberships, walk-in passes, and personal training packages are final and strictly non-refundable once purchased.
Exceptions are only made in the event of accidental duplicate billing, where verified refunds will be processed and credited back within 7 to 14 business days.
4. Privacy Policy
We are fully committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected during registration (such as name, contact details, and payment information) is used solely for account creation, payment processing, and internal communications.
Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared, leased, or sold to any external third parties without your direct consent.
