Calisthenics workout is a type of body-weight training, which consists a variety of gross motor movement, generally without any equipment or weights. This workout uses one’s body weight for resistance, by pulling or pushing oneself up, bending, jumping or swinging. The aim of the training is to develop body strength, body fitness and flexibility. Project C – which C stands for Calisthenics, is the
project that we launch to raise the awareness of Calisthenics workout to the public. Calisthenics workout however focuses on own body weights, to build your strength and fitness and improve your balance, agility and coordination. Calisthenics workout is suitable for all group of individuals, ranging from children to senior citizen. Plus, it is suitable to be trained in every place with pull-up bars, regardless indoor or outdoor. With your determination and patience, to align with Calisthenics workout, everyone can stay in shape, and most importantly to be healthy. Come join us in Project C ! You guys are welcomed to join our daily calisthenics workout routine. We are a team of 3 who known as Caleb, Danny and Kingsley. Most of the time we will be training at Anabolic gym, Aman Suria PJ. Our schedule will be on Monday to Friday, 7pm to 10pm, except public holidays or emergency issues. Do join us, so that we can share more calisthenics information or guidance to you. In order to raise up the Calisthenics awareness, we do require a donation session from the members who join us. The range of donation is from a minimum amount of RM 50 to the maximum amount of RM 500. The donation purpose is for our Project C club funding and invest into some Calisthenics equipment which is helpful on our coaching during the workout session. Furthermore, we do have some outdoor training activities for the time being, do checkout our page for the upcoming events and feel free to join us.
