MIKOMOTO — THE HAMMERHEAD SEASON

Summer in Japan.
We came chasing giants. 🦈

Then the typhoon came.

Massive waves.
Powerful currents.
No room for hesitation.

Mikomoto taught us a different kind of diving—
independent. disciplined. fearless.

The engine roars.
The boat strikes forward.
And we move.

Swim fast.
Catch the elevator.
Descend into the blue.

We came for the hammerheads.

And they were waiting for us.

We made it.

It’s amazing to see how much you’ve improved! From being my student before to coming back again, you’ve become so calm, confident, and cool underwater. 🤿🌊

He is a sports teacher in China and also has great knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (中医). We shared so many interesting conversations about scuba diving, health, fitness, and life. It was such a pleasure to exchange knowledge and learn from each other! 🫶🏻
