I've been screening movement with every client I take on for 4 years.
The results are always the same or super identical.
Tight ankles. Knees that cave. Glutes that don't fire. Hamstrings so tight the lower back takes over on every deadlift.
And none of them knew. They'd been training for months, sometimes years, wondering why certain things still hurt or why the weight wasn't moving the way it should.
Nobody ever screened their body. They just trained around the symptoms.
