I've been screening movement with every client I take on for 4 years.

The results are always the same or super identical.

Tight ankles. Knees that cave. Glutes that don't fire. Hamstrings so tight the lower back takes over on every deadlift.

And none of them knew. They'd been training for months, sometimes years, wondering why certain things still hurt or why the weight wasn't moving the way it should.

Nobody ever screened their body. They just trained around the symptoms.

This Saturday I'm opening the assessment to the community. Free. 60 minutes. 5 tests. You pair up with someone and screen each other, and I'll walk you through exactly what your results mean.

Free weights build the foundation — compound strength, real movement, carry-over to real life. Machines fill the gaps — isolation, volume, safer loading when you need it.

大 gym 的 business model 就是这样:卖你membership,然后 hope 你不出现。

他们需要几千个 members 才能付得起租金。你有没有 results?不是他们的问题。

You don't need to train like an athlete to call it fitness.

The moment you put on your gym clothes and pick up that dumbbell — you've already won.

我见过太多人因为"练得不够狠"就放弃。
但其实身体要的不是重量,是质量。
不是爆发,是长久。

Don't race anyone else's timeline.
