In the history of human, people to secure themselves in daily live by using their body part such as fist, elbow, knee and leg to fight with the opponent and this has create the function of attack and defence by using the bo

dy parts. The ancestor of Thai has use their idea and experience from daily live combine with the movement of attack and defence and process it through training. At the end, the outcome has become the Thai style attack and defence skill, the Muay Thai. Muay Thai also known as the Art of Eight Limbs which are the combination of both fists, elbows, knees and legs. Nowadays, Muay Thai has developed into more categories such as fitness, performance skills, combat sports, self defence skills and other.
