【Legal Notice / Official Announcement】
D’vol Dance Theatre hereby issues the following formal and serious notice:
Loh Chun Lim and Teoh Jing Hern submitted their resignation on 3 May 2026 and requested for it to take effect immediately on the same day. The Academy has acknowledged that their resignation took effect with immediate effect on the same date.
Accordingly, D’vol Dance Theatre hereby states and clarifies as follows:
With effect from 3 May 2026 (inclusive), both individuals no longer hold any position within the Academy, and no longer have any form of employment, affiliation, authority, or representation in relation to the Academy.
For the avoidance of doubt:
1. Any teaching activities, classes, training, recruitment, or related engagements conducted by them from the date of cessation onwards are strictly in their personal capacity and are not associated with the Academy in any manner whatsoever;
2. They are not authorized, and have no right, to represent the Academy in any form, including but not limited to communications, commitments, fee collection, or collaborations with students, parents, or third parties;
3. They are strictly prohibited from using or representing themselves under the Academy’s name, brand, curriculum, teaching materials, or any related resources without prior written consent;
4. Without the Academy’s explicit written authorization, they are not permitted to approach, solicit, or engage with any of the Academy’s current students or parents for any personal programs, activities, or arrangements;
5. D’vol Dance Theatre shall not be liable for any actions, representations, agreements, or consequences arising from their personal conduct after their cessation.
D’vol Dance Theatre strongly advises all students and parents to rely only on official communication channels for accurate information regarding classes, fees, and arrangements.
D’vol Dance Theatre reserves all rights to take legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and other remedies, against any unauthorized use of its name, resources, or any conduct that may harm its reputation and interests.
This notice is issued without prejudice to any rights and remedies available to the Academy under applicable laws.

本学院特此发布严正声明：
Loh Chun Lim 及 Teoh Jing Hern 两位人士，已于 2026年5月3日当日向本学院提出辞职通知，并要求即日生效。本学院已确认其辞职于 同日即时生效。
基于上述情况，特此明确声明：
自 2026年5月3日（包括当日）起，两人已不再担任本学院任何职务，其一切身份已被终止，与本学院不存在任何形式之雇佣、合作或代表关系。
为保障本学院及所有学生、家长之权益，现郑重声明如下：
1. 两人自离任日起所进行之一切教学、课程安排、培训、招生或相关活动，均属其个人行为，与本学院完全无关；
2. 两人无权、亦未获授权代表本学院进行任何形式之沟通、承诺、收费或合作；
3. 两人不得以任何方式使用或借用本学院之名义、品牌、课程体系、教学内容或任何相关资源；
4. 未经本学院书面授权，两人不得接触、招揽或以任何形式引导本学院在籍学生或家长参与其个人活动或安排；
5. 任何因上述行为所引发之争议、责任或损失，均由相关个人自行承担，与本学院无涉。
本学院在此特别提醒所有学生及家长，任何非经本学院官方渠道发布之课程安排、收费信息或合作事项，均应提高警惕并自行核实。
针对任何未经授权使用本学院名义、资源，或作出可能损害本学院声誉及权益之行为，本学院将保留并采取一切必要之法律行动，包括但不限于民事索赔及其他法律追究。
特此严正声明。
