What does Taekwon-Do training consist of?

Taekwon-Do training goes far beyond training kicks, punches or other techniques, and does not only include physical training, it mainly includes mental and psychological training, because throughout the process called "training", the practitioner will realize that the mind controls the body.

According to one of the principles of Taekwon-Do "Indomitable Spirit", there is no such thing as "I can't do it" or "It's impossible", if we don't give up "it's impossible" not to reach our goals.

More important than physical training is the practitioner learning to live according to the 5 principles of Taekwon-Do which are

Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and an indomitable spirit, because in addition to training, one must learn to "live" anywhere and in any situation.
