- In-Circuit Tester (ICT) Performance Verification
- PCBA Functional Tester Performance Verification

Guided by our experienced trainer, they're gaining hands-on, practical skills to confidently diagnose and troubleshoot electronic components and boards.

What started with a 2025 plant visit to Menang Nusantara (MNSB) in Kulim has come full circle last week, as we close out this training programme.

Together with NCIA and PenSkills, we ran the Professional Certification in Advanced Intelligence End-of-Line (EOL) Application with AI Solutions for the Automotive Industry, a grant-linked, industry-aligned programme built specifically around MNSB's workforce needs.

20 Menang Nusantara employees went hands-on with AI-powered visual defect detection, robotics for sorting and assembly, predictive maintenance, and sensor-based applications across the EOL process.

Getting a programme like this from plant visit to classroom, and now to completion, took real coordination between the training provider, the industry partner, and the funding body. Grateful to NCIA and MNSB for the partnership, and to every participant who showed up to build these skills.

This is what Malaysia's manufacturing workforce upskilling looks like. 💪
