Dear Parents and Students,
We are writing with a very heavy heart and our sincerest apologies regarding the opening of our centre scheduled for tomorrow.
Despite completing all preparations ahead of time, we have encountered an unexpected issue with water pressure, which is significantly slower than previous pool refills. As a result, the pool has not yet reached the required water level, and the heating and filtration systems need additional time to stabilise and run safely.
This situation is deeply frustrating for us, and we truly understand the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause especially for families who have planned their schedules around our opening. Please know that this delay is completely against our intentions, and we have explored every possible option to speed things up. Unfortunately, rushing the process would compromise water quality, temperature consistency, and safety, which we will never do.
At Water Heroes, your safety, comfort, and experience are our top priorities. We would rather delay briefly than open under sub-optimal conditions.
We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience as we allow an additional couple of days for the pool to fully fill and for all systems to operate smoothly and safely. We will reopen on the 6th January 2026 (TUESDAY)
Once again, we are truly sorry for this unexpected delay and any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your continued trust and support it means more to us than we can express.
