1. Gym full of seniors clients that lift heavier weight than your parents 🤣
2. Old equipments but when you come in all weights and db on the rack.
3. They take constructive feedback “dik kipas kotor” next day we clean it.
4. We respect people personal space. They come do same workout but we don’t condem them
5. One Malaysia really happening, you don’t see only one race that working out. You see them all.
6. We focus our own growth, you good we are happy, not so good come we know you can do better than yesterday.
