中华武术是中华传统文化的瑰宝，是中华民族文明的智慧结晶和重要标志。本着弘扬及传承武术文化的精神，主办方携手举办《第一届国际武术文化视频大赛》，在疫情期间为国内外武术爱好者创造一个新的交流平台，通过视频在线上以武会友，同时也向全世界推广中华民族的优秀传统文化。此活动获得中华人民共和国驻马来西亚大使馆的鼎力支持。
这场革新的武术视频大赛以“文化传承•武动世界”为主题，将邀请全球50个国家和地区的武术爱好者共同参与。中华武术不仅蕴含深厚的文化力量，也是一种强身健体、修身养性的艺术，对强化体质、熏陶品格、传递战胜疫情的信心，起着积极正面的作用。我们期望透过网络力量，让更多人感受武术文化的魅力，激发民众对中华武术文化的兴趣，从而推动中华武术与世界接轨，成为全民运动。
本活动由马中文化艺术协会主办，吉隆坡中国文化中心与吉隆坡武术总会联办，并获得中国驻马来西亚大使馆支持。
COVID-19 pan
demic poses a global threat in year 2020 and has created worldwide panic as the widespread of coronavirus has threatened human life and health security, but also the entire economy. The pandemic has fundamentally changed everyday life of many people around the world, who have no choice but to learn and adapt this new-normal, to seek for solution, to fight and survive in the pandemic. In light of this, Malaysia-China Culture and Art Association and Wushu Federation of Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur jointly organise the “1st International Wushu Culture Video Competition” to continue our mission and effort to promote “wushu” cultural exchange through online virtual space. A working committee has established on September 24, 2020, aiming to create a new platform for Chinese martial arts communities around the globe to interact virtually. The competition is targeted to invite 300 martial arts groups from 50 countries to participate and is expected to reach out 1,000,000 people through the Internet. In effort to stimulate people's interest in the Chinese martial arts culture, participants will produce their original video featuring the interaction of Wushu and their respective local culture, and upload and share their video through social media.
